At Alessi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your design purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to maintain the integrity of our designer collections.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

Package Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original Alessi branded packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
